Starbucks Digital Marketing
The Digital Marketing team at Starbucks is responsible for all digital and web marketing efforts, leveraging world class creative from the Starbucks Creative Studio team. During my time there, I worked on numerous projects and campaigns that told the story of Starbucks to not only the US locale but audiences globally, through the medium of the web. Projects included the Frappuccino Summer campaign, the Starbucks Perfection emails, and an audit of the Starbucks International Websites.
Frappuccino Summer Campaign
Summers are synonymous with Frappuccinos, the beloved blended coffee drink from Starbucks. This year, the theme was centered around the idea of moments - that Frappuccinos represent unique flavors and moments in the day for customers to enjoy, relax and express themselves.
I designed web and email assets for the Frappuccino Summer digital campaign for the US and delivered a digital brand guide to a few international locales, covering typography hierarchy and styling, and how to use and structure photography assets for different types of banner graphics.

Starbucks Espresso Perfection
While Starbucks is known worldwide for its commitment to great coffee and customer service, but recent findings suggested that customers associated them more with blended coffee drinks than with artisan-crafted coffee.

Starbucks International Website Brand Audit
I did a complete brand audit of all international sites (homepage and internal pages) against the US Starbucks site in Summer 2011. From the audit, I created a presentation ranking countries by severity of misuse, providing screenshots and notes that captured opportunities for greater visual and brand alignment moving forward.
